• All prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last.

• Delivered products may vary in appearance when compared to images on the website. This is due to the nature of the product.

• Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

• Product photography may depict the use of props. These props are for aesthetic purposes only and will not be included within the final gift. For any queries regarding what the recipient will be receiving, please read the product description

• Certain products may not be available on a given day due to seasonal and daily availability.  We may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value.

• Packaging for gifts and floral arrangements is subject to change. Paper sheets for floral arrangements and bouquets may be substituted with cello sleeves. 

• Because each day unpredictable, delivery times can't be guaranteed.

• Deliveries will take place from 9 am until 5 pm. Please be aware the times for deliveries are subject to change per daily road traffic.

• If you place an order for someday delivery in the morning, your order will go out in the afternoon that same day if proof of payment and the funds reflect in our bank account before 12pm the same day.

• Dearlove proteas shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users as defined in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). To see how we comply with the POPI-Act view our full privacy policy.

• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

• Social Media Terms. We reserve the right to remove any posts from any social media platform, as discrimination, prejudice, any means of cyber-bullying or unsavoury remarks is not tolerated and will be taken down. All rights are reserved to remove any comments from paid adverts on any social media sites. All efforts are made to reply to any queries on social media as quickly as possible.

• These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
