Planting Instructions
When Planting in the garden:​

Dig a hole twice the size of the protea in the bag / container and mix the soil with acid compost
-
Tear the bag or remove container and plant without disturbing the plants roots

Compact the soil around the plant and water well
When Planting in a pot:​

Use a good quality potting soil (bark type with no phosphates)

Fill the pot with a mixture of the potting soil and acidic compost.

Remove the plants bag / container without disturbing the rootball of the plant

Compact the soil around the plant and water well.
DO NOT

Use fertilizers with phosphates!

Do not let the plants go dry in first year of growth
